BRENT AARON.
Brent Aaron lives and works in the Southern Gulf Islands off the west coast of British Columbia. During daylight hours he builds houses, while his night work consists of a range of creative endeavours including paper-cutting, collage, block-printing, watercolour, and woodwork.
He expresses order, symmetry, and meaningful arrangement using spontaneity as a stimulus, tempered by precision, and gesturing toward significance hidden in the mundane.
A. MARIE.
A. Marie began her art career while achieving her diploma in commercial photography between 2017-2019.
Since then she has worked as an art instructor, curator, and street artist developing various satirical product advertisements and political campaigns to poke fun at the absurdities of many contemporary norms.
